Senior Social and Community Manager

Position Overview

As the Senior Community and Social Manager at Haiper, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to build and engage our online community, enhance brand visibility, and drive growth. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Community and Social Manager to join our team.

You will play a pivotal role in fostering engagement, building relationships, and enhancing the overall experience for our creator community. You will be responsible for interacting with our creator, and executing strategies to drive community activeness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with creators on Discord. Initiate and participate in conversations, polls, discussions, and Q&A sessions to maintain a strong connection with our creators

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and brand advocate for community inquiries, feedback, and suggestions, and ensure timely responses and resolutions

  • Schedule and coordinate educational, live-streaming events, tournaments, and special activities to keep the community entertained and involved

  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the community by moderating discussions, resolving conflicts, and addressing concerns effectively

  • Developing creator programs based on content ecosystem and product needs/opportunities, developing frameworks for community building through creator-focused initiatives

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with creators such as celebrities, influencers and content creators to amplify brand reach and engagement

  • Data oriented, monitor community metrics, engagement levels, and sentiment analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimisation

  • Collaborate with content creators and in-house teams to develop engaging and relevant content for the community and various social media platforms, including TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.

  • Understand social media trends and emerging technologies, develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, develop community, drive engagement, and generate new creator interests

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, comms, journalism, or a related field

  • Experienced in using Discord and relevant community tools, minimum 2 years of working experience in and community management

  • Deep understanding of creator economy, and how to motivate and activate a group of creators using Discord and other community tools and functionalities.

  • Proven experience in social media management and analytical tools, whilst understanding best practices for content creation and distribution

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media campaigns

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and effectively manage multiple projects and changing priorities

  • Experience with AI-generated content creator economy is a plus
