Job Description

As a UI Designer at Haiper, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and user interface of our products. You will work closely with our teams of designers, engineers, and product/project managers to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric interfaces that amuse our users and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions

• Create visual assets such as icons, illustrations, and animations to enhance user experience and brand identity

• Develop design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across all products and platforms

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate on designs and improve usability

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve our design processes and output

• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organisation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

• Proven experience as a UI designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process

• Proficient in Figma and other necessary tools for design

• Experience with design systems and component libraries

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience working in a Lean / Agile methodology, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
